Returns & Exchanges Policy
We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the policy below to understand what can and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital Products
All digital products (e.g. downloads, templates, training materials) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once issued, they can be copied or shared, so we cannot offer refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
Please make sure you’re 100% happy with your order before purchasing.
Personalised Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised or custom-made items. This includes, but is not limited to:
Branded business materials
Products with names, numbers, email addresses, or logos
These are made to order and cannot be resold.
Please double-check your personalisation details before placing your order, as we can’t make changes once production has started.
Clothing Items
We accept returns or exchanges on non-personalised clothing within 14 days of delivery, provided:
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags are still attached (if applicable)
Items are free from marks, odours, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing that appears worn, even if only tried on briefly. We recommend trying items on over clean clothing.
Exchanges:
We offer one free size exchange per order (UK only). Please note you have to cover the cost of shipping your items. We will cover the cost of replacement items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If we’ve sent the wrong item or something is faulty, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll put it right quickly and cover return costs.
How to Start a Return

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
